Intent

At St Matthew’s Bloxam, our aim for Geography is for children to develop a greater knowledge and understanding of the world and their place in it. Children are encouraged to gain a curiosity about the world and develop the concept, knowledge and skills of being a geographer. Children will use a range of tools to build these skills including maps, globes and fieldwork opportunities.
